As some of you may know, I’ve been incredibly busy with my new baking company. I specialize in gluten free, dairy free, and vegan baking, as well as just all around delicious goodies.
I recently found out that I have a pretty intense soy allergy. I was sick every day this past winter without knowing what in the world was wrong with me, and once I cut soy out of my diet a few weeks ago, I feel like a million bucks! I plan on posting some more things about soy allergies and what to avoid, and what you don’t have to change about a soy free diet!
